background of science to Speed Advantage Training, he is also a tremendous athlete.
As an athlete, Eric holds numerous drug free national power lifting records.  He has also won four drug free national power lifting titles.  Eric played linebacker at East Stroudsburg University where he started as a freshman and was awarded All-Freshman honors.  This success in the weight room, and on the playing field has helped Eric garner the type of praise from athletes and coaches alike that you rarely see in coaches.
Eric also brings a great knowledge of sports nutrition to the table.  He played a huge part in writing the Lehigh University Nutrition Handbook.  He works diligently to educate Lehigh's student-athletes on the importance of nutrition.  Eric is also Speed Advantage Training's Nutrition expert, counseling many of the athletes the company sees year round.
Overall, Eric Markovcy's combination of knowledge, athletic ability, and experience provides him with all of the tools to make you a better athlete.

conjunction with the SAT staff, Owen also joined the Lehigh University strength and conditioning staff in the fall of 2008.  Prior to this, Owen spent two years working as a Graduate Assistant at Lehigh for the strength and conditioning staff.

During his time at DeSales, Dom played rugby, was a competitive powerlifter, coached football at Palisades High School (his alma mater), and was an intern with the Lehigh University Strength & Conditioning program for 2 years.

Along with Strength & Conditioning; nutrition, cooking, and athlete recovery have always been passions of Dom. His goal each day is to not only get the most physical effort out of his athletes, but to educate them on how to truly reap the benefits from intense training, via fueling, rest, & recovery.

Dylan interned with the Lehigh's Strength and Conditioning staff, and volunteered for 3 years before being brought on as an Assistant Coach.

Dylan has spent time learning from Eric and the Lehigh Strength Staff about the methods, philosophies, and techniques they use for programming and speed training. He has developed a true passion for Lehigh and its Athletics.

At DeSales, Dylan was the captain of the lacrosse program and aided in leading the team to their first ever playoff win and conference championship appearance. He attended Rutgers Preparatory School where he was also captain of his high school wrestling team.
